The following is a breakdown of our fee and retainer schedules: Hourly Rate: $150.00/hour Billing Rate: 6 minute incriments (time rate at which services are billed) Retainer & Fee Schedules:* Review of Documents:* A fee of $50.00 will be charged for reviewing documents Family Law - Divorce, Dissolutions, Custody: Typical Retainers are between $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 Misdemeanor - Traffic/Criminal Law: Typical Retainers are between $500.00 - $1,000.00 Expungements: Typical Retainers are between $300.00 - $750.00 Civil Law - Landlord/Tenant, Small Claims, etc: Typical Retainers are between $800.00 - $1,200.00 Small Business/Contractual Law: Retainers start at $500.00 *Retainers/fees are determined on a case by case basis.
