Amy Caruso, Attorney at Law, established Caruso Law Office, LLC in
2006 as a general law practice in the areas of Family Law, Small Business
and Contractual Law along with Criminal and Traffic violations of law.
Amy also has training and knowledge as a Guardian Ad Litem
Prior to Establishing her own law practice, Amy Caruso worked in city
government as a legal intern in 2003, prior to her law degree in 2004.
Upon obtaining her law degree, Amy was appointed as a prosecuting
attorney, and in 2005 appointed as Assistant City Attorney until she
began her own law practice in 2006.
Amy has the knowledge and experience of leadership roles in managing
and directing a Law Director/City Attorney's Office for city government ;
Along with a great deal of contractual experience in creating and drafting
contractual language and in contract negotiations; Negotiated and
prepared easements, zoning and participated in eminent domain
proceedings; Prosecuted both criminal and traffic offenses in Mayor's
Court proceedings.
Amy's background in city government and as a prosecutor has enabled
her to be a valuable asset to her clients while representing them in
Domestic, Criminal and Civil Court proceedings.
